1. Data covered by this consent
Name, telephone number, and booking comment; details of the organization, service, specialist, date, and time; booking status, confirmation status, and notification settings.
Technical session data is also processed, including the IP address, User-Agent, verification and authentication identifiers, essential cookies, and the date and time of actions.
2. Purposes of processing
Data is used to create, manage, confirm, remind about, modify, and cancel a booking; to sign in to the client account and display upcoming bookings; to communicate about the service; and to maintain security.
Future service SMS and Telegram messages are sent only through a channel separately enabled by the client. This consent does not enable such a channel by itself.
3. Actions involving data
The Operator may collect, record, organize, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to the recipients specified in this document, anonymize, restrict, and delete data by automated and non-automated means.
4. Data recipients
Booking information required for service delivery is provided to the selected organization and its authorized users. The Operator may engage infrastructure and communications providers to perform technical processing to the extent necessary to operate the service and the selected channel.
This consent does not authorize disclosure of data for marketing purposes and does not authorize the creation of an organization dashboard account on the client’s behalf.
5. Security and essential cookies
The Operator applies legal, organizational, and technical safeguards. Essential cookies are used to verify contact details, authenticate the client, maintain the session, and ensure the booking form works correctly.

6. Duration and withdrawal
This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or it is withdrawn, unless a different period is required by law. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting the Operator at the email address shown below.
Withdrawal does not end processing for which an independent legal basis remains.
7. Confirmation of consent
Consent is confirmed by selecting the separate checkbox in the form and successfully verifying a one-time code. The Operator records the document version, date and time, technical confirmation data, and a hash of the verified contact detail.
