The visitor has received the reply

Masha answers a question about preparing for a massage. The visitor reads the reply in the same chat on the website.

The same conversation from both sides

From a question on your website to a reply in your dashboard

The visitor asks: “Hello! Do I need to bring my own towel for the massage?” Masha accepts the unassigned conversation and replies: “Hello! You do not need to bring a towel — we will have everything ready at the studio. Bring comfortable clothes.” The visitor reads the reply and gets ready for the visit.

  1. The visitor sends a question

The chat opens over the services page. The visitor sends a message and continues the conversation on the same website.

  2. A team member accepts the unassigned conversation

The new conversation appears in the organisation’s shared queue. A team member opens it and clicks Reply to take responsibility, so the team can see who is handling it.

  3. They send a reply, and the client reads it in chat

After accepting, the team member writes and sends a reply. The visitor sees it in the same chat, and the history is saved for future work.

A shared queue for several team members

Filter new conversations, your own, those assigned to others, missed and closed ones. Search by name, phone number or message text, open the history and revisit conversation details.

A team member chooses an unassigned conversation and takes responsibility for it. The team can see who is replying to each client and which conversations still need attention.

Who can handle client conversations

The owner, administrators and active organisation members with permission to handle client requests. A specialist profile without a linked user does not provide dashboard access.

A signed-in client can continue a conversation with the same organisation on another device by signing in to the same client account. An anonymous visitor’s history stays in the browser where they started the conversation.

An unassigned missed conversation in the shared queue

The Missed filter shows an unassigned conversation: the visitor has left a phone number and is waiting for a team member to call.

Discuss the details of a service

Messages and files in one conversation

Clients can explain their preferences and send an image or a document. Images open in a larger view, video and audio in a viewer or player, and other files can be downloaded.

Limits for one message

Up to 2,000 characters and 10 files. Each file can be up to 50 MB, with a combined limit of 50 MB for all attachments in a message. A file can be sent without text.

When your team is busy

Visitors can leave contact details after a missed reply

If no team member replies within 5 minutes, the visitor can leave a phone number or email address to be contacted.

The contact details will appear in the conversation. The team member handling it can call the client back or send an email from the dashboard.

Working from a phone

Reply from your phone

On a phone, a team member selects a conversation from the list, then opens it and replies. The history and files stay in the same conversation.

Chat notifications depend on personal account settings, connected channels and device permissions. A notification can open the conversation, and quick replies are available. Check your settings before you start.

Telegram and MAX can notify team members about new conversations and messages. Handle client conversations in your NaKogda dashboard.

A conversation on a phone

Connect it to your website

Copy the code and check your first conversation

Chat is available on your organisation’s public page without a separate installation. For an external website, open Requests → Connect live chat: it provides a CMS address and ready-to-use HTML with your personal address.

  1. Open the connection dialog in your dashboard.
  2. Choose the suitable option and copy the code or address.
  3. Install it on your website, then send and handle a test conversation.

Appearance, including colours, is set through connection parameters. Hiding the NaKogda credit requires an active Pro plan or higher and applies to the organisation and all websites using its chat.

Ask a question, then choose a time

Live chat alongside online booking

Live chat lets visitors discuss a service with your team. In the separate booking form, clients browse available services and times, and completed bookings appear in your work calendar.

Discuss in chat, choose a time in booking

A client can ask how to prepare for a visit, then open the booking form and choose a suitable option. Sending a chat message does not reserve a time.

Online client booking

Two separate codes for an external website

Installing the booking widget does not connect the floating chat. Copy the separate booking and chat codes from their respective dashboard sections. Booking and chat are already connected on your organisation’s NaKogda page.

Questions about live chat

Is this a chatbot or does a person reply?
Your organisation’s team members answer visitor questions: they handle conversations, clarify details and help clients prepare for their visit.
Can several team members use it?
Yes. Team members with the necessary permissions share a queue. A team member accepts an unassigned conversation, and colleagues can see who is replying to the client.
Do I need to install chat on the organisation page?
No separate installation is needed on your organisation’s public NaKogda page. On an external website, add the chat connection code or use the address from the connection dialog.
What happens if nobody replies?
If no team member replies within 5 minutes, the visitor can leave a phone number or email address to be contacted. The details will appear in the conversation so a team member can follow up with the client.
Can visitors send a file?
Yes. A message can contain up to 2,000 characters and 10 files. Each file and the combined attachments in one message must be no larger than 50 MB. Images, video and audio can be opened; other files can be downloaded.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Get one free week after signing up, then activate two more weeks of the Start plan separately in your dashboard, with no card required. After that, client chat requires an active organisation subscription.
Does installing booking also connect chat?
No. The booking widget and floating chat use different codes on external websites. Each has its own guide section.
